Sam Walsh

Project Engineer at Lancaster University

Sam is the Project Engineer for the AI Foundry project based at Lancaster University and will be leading the delivery of technical R&D projects with companies recruited onto the programme.

He has previously worked on a variety of ERDF and Innovate UK projects at Lancaster University. Using his knowledge of design and manufacturing Sam has delivered bespoke technical assistance to several companies leading to the development of new products, processes and services.

The project is providing innovation consultancy and advisory aid in line with the De Minimis Exemption (in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013, OJ L 352/1) and Innovation R&D aid in line with the General Block Exemption Regulation (in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014, OJ L 187/1)
